I don't know of an official list, but one major reason for the
existence of djgpp is to allow unix users port their programs to a DOS
environment. Porting standard unix tools is quite easy. I did so
for

o BYACC (Berkeley Yacc)
o grep (DECUS grep Martin Minow, Bob Denny 1980, worked out of the box)
