That only influences those who are building DJGPP libc, libm and tools from
sources (from CVS version or beta djlsr204.zip). gcc-3.[34].X have own version
(djgpp-x.djl) which is being used instead of lib/djgpp.djl (therfore another
name)

Such removal could influence only those who are using really ancient gcc versions
like gcc-2.7.2.1, gcc-2.8.[01] and maybe some others.
