Is there any reason why the SA_* family of flags for sigset_t sa_mask in
struct sigaction are not defined in signal.h
Is there any objection if the following is added to signal.h

#define SA_NOCLDSTOP 1   		/* Do not generate SIGCHLD when children
					   stop */
#define SA_SIGINFO   2   		/* Invoke the signal catching function
					   with three arguments instead of one
					 */

This has been taken from cygwin.  Of course, what values are asigned and if only
a subset is implemented will be ok with me.
I am trying to port m4-1.4.12 and the compilation fails because
SA_NODEFER is not defined.  To be more explicitly, it is fatal-signal.[ch] from gnulib that fails because it is assumed that SA_NODEFER is almways
provided by the
used libc.
