As these are POSIX functions, should I stub them totally outside of
the #ifndef _POSIX_SOURCE section or within a new
#else /* _POSIX_SOURCE */ section in libc/stubs.h? 
Not quite sure what the #ifndef _POSIX_SOURCE intent is?
