Isn't that the same problem as you already reported for other programs
that use popen?

The obvious way: redirect GDB's output to a file, like this:

   gdb ./info/ginfo.exe > gdb.session

The downside is that you won't see GDB's prompts etc. as well, but if
you know exactly what commands to type, you should be able to type
them blindly.
