Could you summarize the remaining patches?  Plus, the ones that modify
djgpp-specific files (or djgpp-specific parts of the configury) will
be easier to apply anyway.

Please submit it to config-patches AT gnu DOT org with a suitable ChangeLog.
That's an imported file for gcc.  CC me (or djgpp-workers) when you
do, please.
