The following archives have been posted to DJ's Inbound Web site:

1. cx99srce.zip

   Contains source files for 75 complex functions, 25 in each 
   floating-point precision.  Of these, 63 were written by
   Steve Moshier (and modified by me) and 12 were contributed
   by Esa Peuha (three were modified by me).  Included is a
   header file, complex.h.  There are also some helper source
   files that are included by some of the complex routines

   This archive also contains a makefile that will create a library
   of the C99 complex functions.

   The phrase "C99 complex functions" is not quite accurate because 
   the set includes complex gamma and complex log gamma functions.

2. cx99docs.zip

   Contains 75 *.txh files, one for each complex function.  

3. cxchkout.zip

   Contains several programs that can be used during checkout of
   the complex functions.
