OK. Once I've got my current batch of C99 patches in under ansi/c99/*, I think
we should start moving existing C99 code under ansi/c99. E.g.:
ansi/stdio/snprintf.* -> ansi/c99/stdio. DJ, would you be willing to do these
moves in the CVS repository and fix up the makefiles, if I give you a list of
files to move? Alternatively I could fix the makefiles, once they're moved.
