I'd hate to see gcc 2.95.<something> go as it seems to work better
than 3.<something> (like detecting undeclared variables and not overly
stupid warnings).

Plus we need it to recompile 2.03 updates, don't we?

While we're on the subject: is there any way to get really old v2gnu
releases that has been removed from simtel.net? Perhaps DJ has them
archived or something? Right now I'm interested in the oldest gcc and
all binutils (only a certain unbroken version but I don't know which
one).
