I'm in favor of putting each type of docs into it's own zip file so the 
users could choose.  Huge files are so infeasible for people with poor
bandwidth (or shortage of disk space) that they will not download at all.

Eli's description of why you might want each type should be stored 
someplace so people could only download what they need.
