I thought this thread was triggered by Laurynas trying to use Emacs on Win2k.
The problem could be different on Windows NT 4. Also, it would be nice for
someone with a "real" Windows NT 4 installation to try this - VMware under
Linux may interfere somehow.

I'm definitely using crt0.S from CVS. I had to use some djdev203 stuff to
bootstrap the CVS check-out, but the crt0.S from CVS is definitely being used.
I've patched it several times and the patches have affected the operation of
Emacs.

Now I'm confused. Which patches should I apply to crt0.S? I've tried the
following:

* Laurynas's DS alias patch;
* Charles's cli patch.

Neither of these made Emacs-with-Unixy-sbrk work.
