I think zippo should match packages case-insensitively.  No matter how
hard do we try to lower-case the names, errors are always possible,
especially with fast typists using the Emacs M-/ wonder ;-) OTOH, I
don't see any reason why we should insist on a specific case.  So I
think zippo had better not be too stringent about that.
