Gettext developers are not bothered too much about old > systems (isn't the latest version of RedHat 7.something?). Do they actually want people to use gettext? This doesn't seem like a particularly helpful attitude. Lots of people still use RedHat 6.2 - there are lots of people that provide RPMs for both RH 6.2 and RH 7.x, because 6.2 is so popular. The latest version of RedHat is 7.2. I don't believe that RH 7.x has approached the stability of RH 6.2 yet, but it's getting close. Hopefully RH 7.3 will come with a proper release of gcc too. Anyway, this Linux talk is getting a bit off-topic. ;) Bye, Rich =] -- Richard Dawe [ http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/ ]
