Same result (Access Denied) in my case.  But it seems that Martin's not 
to blame: Microsoft has just redesigned their KB pages, and guess what? 
they are riddled with bugs ;-).  I actually went to the KB main page, 
typed the article number into the proper place in the form, and got the 
same Access Denied reply.  Unless Martin mistyped the article...
