I updated the distribution to contain the glob fix (it's in the v203u/glob
directory on clio - haven't fully tested it or built much with it).  I
modified bash's 2.04 distribution dosexec.c, rebuilt using the test libc
and sure enough, it fixes the problems).

I did a complete rebuild from scratch on the binaries to get a new set of
ident dates.  I'm waiting for opinions on what we should do.  (Wait on
the current refresh for more reports?  Replace it with new refresh binaries?
Rebuild the rest of the distributions?)

Just to be sure I've got it right I need to reinstall from scratch on
a root and build some big things.
