Don't use this patch. It's fixes test failure for 27_io/filebuf.cc
but breaks some other test (I'm looking for regressions it causes
under Linux after I remove #ifdef __DJGPP__)

Seems that now I have fixed one, which doesn't have regressions with
rather fresh 3.1 CVS version under Linux. Perhaps I need also 
testing with 3.0 branch and also under DJGPP
