The license. GNU Termcap is GPL'ed. That would force any DJGPP program that 
wants to use it to also become GPL'ed. The djgpp termcap license is LGPL 
which is . This means the programmer isn't forced to use the more restrictive 
license just to have a program that relies on termcap.
