If GCC unzips djgpp.djl into %DJDIR%/lib, it will overwrite the old
script, so users don't need to read the instructions to get this part
right.  All they need is to answer YES when the unzip program asks
them whether to overwrite the file.  A small nuisance, but if they
want the latest and the greatest compiler, they will no doubt live
with that.
