As shown by Mark's announcement regarding bash 2.04, they're even
annoying for announcements, as they get cut off on Usenet
(http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=xx-bork&lr=&safe=off&ic=1&th=5c1238b31380a7b,3). 
In this case, they got cut off after 'name=', so there's no
real harm done (the page linked to simply won't have the filename
in huge letters; the links still work), but it's still not what
we want, I think.
