I think we could eliminate -mbnu210. binutils-2.[89].* are old and we have 
newer versions already for a rather long time. 

I also think about using

#define CC1PLUS_SPEC "%{!mno-bnu210: -mbnu210}"

for upcoming gcc-2.95.3. At least gcc-2.95.3-test3 builds Ok for DJGPP
with such define for me.
