Perhaps yes. I haven't tested it yet.

I tried to do such tests on yesterdays snapshot of gcc but garbage
collector used in cc1 seems to be broken for DJGPP (goes into infinite
loop when compiling gcc/cccp.c when it's called first time) but it works 
under Linux. Or we have some memory corruption...

As the result build failed.
