Hello,

I want to freeze %subj% now, because any its change requires too
much recompiling. So, if anyone has any suggestions or objections,
_please_ tell them now.

Current format: every symlink file has fixed size - 510 bytes.
No attributes are set.
First 10 bytes: string <!symlink>
Then follow symlink target filename, newline character (symlink
file I/O is done in binary mode).
Later follow spaces to ensure 510 bytes file size.
