I'm not sure, but why would you need one?  Acrobat, the PDF reader
program, can print the stuff very nicely, and if you want to use the
network license option, people who download will need a PDF reader on
their machines, which I think most already have.

Because they don't use Emacs, and therefore are deprived of the M-/
