> Mr. Magliore,
>
> Your inquiry of 14 July has been referred to my attention. Yes, it is
> possible for you to make copies of IEEE Standards available to your
> colleagues under a license agreement. There are two ways to do this:
> (i) a network license agreement for a specified number of users
> (ii) a reproduction license agreement which allows paper copies to be made
> from an electronic (pdf) master and distributed to your colleagues.
>
> If you need a network license, the license fees for a multi-user network
> license are determined by the number of users who will have access to them
> and by the standards that you wish to distribute electronically.
>
> If you need a license to copy and distribute hard copy, the royalty rate on
> reproduction of copies for distribution in print, is 30% of the US list
> price per copy.
>
> If you are interested in either kind of license agreement, please provide a
> list of the standards that you would like to distribute or copy, the number
> of users who will have access to the standards on a network, or the number
> of copies of each that you wish to make, and the full name and business
> address of your organization. I will make arrangements for someone to send
> an invoice and license agreement to the appropriate person within your
> organization. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me
> directly.
>
> Thank you for your interest in IEEE Standards.
