My script that generates sources for DJGPP already runs autoconf 
and autoheader where needed. So unless some additional changes 
to related files are done autoconf will not be needed.

Mark suggested to me possible source of this problem. I'll look at it 
later as he noted the same was met with gdb-4.18.
