This is the folks that have been around a while. Most of <sys/ioctl.h> is 
#ifdef'ed away with a comment that the code is to change in the near 
future.

I came across this because Readline uses the winsize struct in one 
place, and I had to work around it.

Can I presume that the code is still disabled because nothing has 
been done with it since '96?
