POSIX reserves all FNM_*, gl_*, and GLOB_* symbols for <fnmatch.h> and
<glob.h>, but defines for glob.h only these:

GLOB_APPEND
GLOB_DOOFS
GLOB_ERR
GLOB_MARK
GLOB_NOCHECK
GLOB_NOESCAPE
GLOB_NOSORT

GLOB_ABORTED
GLOB_NOMATCH
GLOB_NOSPACE

and in glob_t, only these fields:

gl_pathc
gl_pathv
gl_offs
