For ref. :
It was added in ISO C amendment 1 sec: 7.1.4 and 7.9.2
Amend 1 defines the wide-character and multibyte extensions.
wchar.h, wctype.h, wctype()/fwprintf() and friends.

EILSEQ means an encoding error.

Is there a project to provides the wide char funcs ?
