POSIX.1 doesn't say time_t should be there, but it doesn't forbid it
either.  ANSI says time_t is in <time.h>.  If we add it to
<sys/types.h> it should go in the non-posix section.  Bash should know
better, though, and *should* use <time.h>.  Linux and IRIX both have
time_t in <sys/types.h> (Linux by actually including <time.h>).
