I'll delay the integration of DJGPP for the next release (1.4)
of inetutils. Lets reschedule it for 1.5, there is too many
concept(DOS/DJGPP) that I don't grasp to make a clean port.

Maybe if times permit I can leave the necesary hooks for the
clients since I've already got a couple working.
