Ho-hum.

Well I propose to make the functions media_type() and is_{ram,cdrom}_drive()
from libc/compat/mntent/mntent.c generally available (they are static in
mntent.c). Possibly adding an "_" in front of them if it's necessary.

This is so we can check if it's a hard disk or a removable media (media_type)
and the two is_ functions is necessary as media_type() can lie about those
two kinds of disks.

Any comments?
