If the code is ready, as far as you are concerned, upload to DJ's
server's /incoming directory and post a message to
djgpp-workers AT delorie DOT com.  Please be sure to explain how do you see
the way to make it part of DJGPP (if that is what you suggest),
including any changes in the djlsr directory structure etc.  It is
also a good idea to make sure that your setup to compile the code
lives well with the djlsr build procedure (assuming you'd like your
functions to replace those in libc.a).
