The last sentence should have nothing to do with this problem, since you 
use the binary from SimTel.NET, right?  Or am I missing something?

dosmemget for peeking at the transfer buffer and the likes, and 
__dpmi_get_selector_limit (sp?) for the selector data.

You don't need to, it comes already configured.  But if you want to 
configure, run the DJGPP-specific config.bat, like this:

	djgpp\config

It's all described in the djgpp/README file, btw.
