I preffer to avoid asking to it, please don't make it again.

And why do you think you are the one who must do all the thing in the world. Of
course DJ is the only one who can make or not it more official.

What effort? We just need to send upload a copy to the DJ's server and DJ move
it to a directory. Nate is currently uploading it to some ftp site so I don't
see where is the problem. Please be more specific.

I can't put it in the distribution! I can't change the djgpp version number!
Please explain me it better. I asked just these 2 thing.

Seems you forgot some of the points:
1) CD makers just downloads the files in SimTel.
2) People that doesn't have access all the time downloads the files in SimTel.
3) The official distribution is the DJ's one and it's mirrored by SimTel so IS
more official.
4) If the ftp site is moved nobody will know what exactly is needed. If I say:
you need djgpp v2.xx or better is much more different.

And again (and that's the 3rd mail where I say it and I think is the 7th time):
Is just a question of names and locations. I don't want to change the contents
of any of the .zip files.
