They want to do this typedef because the program that generates these
new header files doesn't recognize the way djgpp headers avoid multiple
definitions of types.
Possibly, changing the djgpp header files to use more commonly used
names for the #define's, instead of the current one's that contain
"djgpp", could solve this problem.
