Of course, QEMM knows a lot about COMMAND.COM to keep it happy!  That's 
the whole point of all this LOADHIGH trickery.

COMMAND.COM has no part in loading CWSDPMI by the stub.  AFAIK, the stub
loads it directly.  You can look at stub.asm if you want to be sure.
