Yes, that's what I was thinking originally, but I don't feel I know
enough about this to decide where to draw the line.  The number 16
seems arbitrary (although probably high enough).  Since all we need is
a single handle, even keeping handle 19 alone non-inherited would be
enough.  Does anybody know about cases where more than that needs to
be inherited?
