It's in the works.  I'm not sure, though, what's the best way to do that. 
It's fairly simple to make the first section be the most frequently-asked
questions, and then post its text version weekly, or bi-weekly, or
whatever we see fit.  However, the rest of the FAQ seems more like the
knowledge base than as a user's guide, because it's just a many small
pieces of knowledge lumped together and loosely coupled by the chapter
themes, not a systematic introduction to the packages as the guide is 
might be a better idea to join it with the current kb.inf.  Comments?
