I felt that the main server of neongenesis was down...
If normally, it's rather well while 3:00 to 3:59. (JST; GMT + 9:00)
Most days are very busy while 23:00 to 2:59.
If you select good time, get over 10Kb/s (physical line is 1.5Mbps)
