I've modified the two most common stub messages to include FAQ
responses as well:

	no COFF (Check for viruses)

	no DPMI - Get csdpmi*b.zip


We've got 62 bytes left.  Any requests for other message changes?

Another idea - add stub checksumming to watch for other viruses.
