I've uploaded a port of Texinfo 3.7 to /incoming.  Please try it.

Note that I've made a real effort to make the zip file LFN-clean: it will 
unzip on a platform that supports LFN in a way that preserves the 
original filenames, including letter case.  The Makefiles are written in 
a way that should work in both LFN and non-LFN environments (but please 
test it on LFN, as I couldn't).

I think all the release packages should be made LFN-clean in a similar 
way.  Right now, the zoneinfo files and the Info files in djdev aren't.
