That should be:
gcc -Wall world.c -o world
(see section 1 of the FAQ)

Not ok. C:\DJGPP\BIN should be at the front of the PATH. Also you
don't need C:\DJGPP\INCLUDE in the PATH. Just delete those two and
add the following line *after* the PATH line:
set PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%
(this is also in section 1 of the FAQ)
