A better method is to set the crt0 flags to lock all memory as it is
allocated.  Use the following code:

#include <crt0.h>

int _crt0_startup_flags = _CRT0_FLAG_LOCK_MEMORY;

I believe this will do what you intend.  Anyone else care to comment?
