Sure, but not knowing exactly how they differ, I thought I should warn 
you. Are the latest console fixes in CVS or only in 1.3.22?

BTW, I saw also two strange things on Win98/ME (haven't tried the latest
snapshot):
- strace rsh and strace rlogin produce no output whatsoever.
- inetd pops up an extra console, except under rxvt. That doesn't happen
  when the AllocConsole () call is removed from the Cygwin specific code.
