Ah.  I just looked back through the archive and I see what happened.
Corinna asked me to fix up the patch to fit it in newlib instead of Cygwin,
and I forgot to do it.  My fault.  I'm kinda buried right now, so I'm not
sure whether I can get to that this week.  Maybe next?
