How odd.  Somehow it never made it into the source, but Christopher said the
BSD patch had been applied back on Jan. 18 right before 1.3.7 came out.  I
just checked and it never got mentioned in a cygwin update announcement, so
I'd guess it never actually made it in.  Should I resend the patch?
