"how-to-debug-cygwin.txt".

Thanks for the quick turnaround in diagnosing this problem.

Also, If you hadn't mentioned the: $ echo `echo tako` analysis, I would
have been trying to figure out what was wrong with unix-domain sockets.
I appreciate the insight.
