Yes. I updated my src dir, deleted my entire build dir, and built from
scratch.  After installing the new dll, uname -a sez:

CYGWIN_NT-5.0 KHELDAR 1.3.1(0.38/3/2) 2001-04-23 01:37 i686 unknown

my sscanf test functions all build and run fine.  and ssh.exe doesn't
coredump; I can successfully connect to a remote machine.  For good
measure, I even fired up sshd under the new dll, and it worked just fine
(ssh on same machine, and ssh from a different machine).
