Subject: FAQ update: info resources

Greetings,

I have a draft update of the "Where can I get more information?"
section of the FAQ. It's available for preview at
       <http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~starksb/cygwin/faq_5.html#SEC18>
If there are no objections to it, I'll checkin the changes and ask DJ
to update the pages on sourceware.

Most significantly, there is now an extensive set of posting
guidelines for the cygwin mailing list. I would appreciate feedback
on these. (No feedback means you're happy with them.)

Other notable changes:
- Links to User's Guide, API Reference and USENIX paper
- Alternate source for searchable mailing list archives at
  www.delorie.com
- Addresses for commercial & CD-ROM inquiries.

(Note there is still much more on that HTML page, in other FAQ
sections, that I haven't got to yet.)

Thanks for your input.

Cheers,
David
