Subject: conflicting files resolution

I've uploaded "fixed" versions of:

binutils/binutils-19990818-1.tar.gz
cygwin/cygwin-20000301.tar.gz
gcc/gcc-2.95.2-1.tar.gz
gdb/gdb-20000127.tar.gz

to the preview area. These have had the conflicting files issue
resolved by removing files from tarballs I felt they "didn't belong"
in:

rm binutils/usr/bin/c++filt.exe

rm gcc/usr/i686-pc-cygwin/include/assert.h

rm gdb/usr/include/bfd.h
rm gdb/usr/lib/libbfd.a
rm gdb/usr/lib/libbfd.la

rm cygwin/usr/lib/libiberty.a
rm gdb/usr/lib/libiberty.a
rm gcc/usr/lib/libiberty.a
rm binutils/usr/lib/libiberty.a

rm gdb/usr/lib/libopcodes.a
rm gdb/usr/lib/libopcodes.la
